MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that membership dues, sponsorship fees, event fees, and other payments made to Women of the Space Coast are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the organization.

Memberships are voluntary and support the mission, programming, operations, and community initiatives of Women of the Space Coast. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods, cancellation by the member, inability to attend events, or failure to utilize membership benefits.

RECURRING/AUTO-PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

If selecting a recurring membership option, you authorize Women of the Space Coast to automatically charge the payment method provided for recurring membership dues on the renewal date associated with your selected membership plan until canceled.

You may cancel recurring billing at any time prior to the next billing cycle by submitting written notice through your member account or by contacting Women of the Space Coast at: info@womenofthespacecoast.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals only and will not result in a refund of previously charged amounts
