In this engaging and informative session\, Sierra will explore how to navigate dating and friendships when positive relationship models may be limited. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience\, she will discuss how to identify relationship red flags\, better understand unhealthy behaviors\, and recognize the key characteristics of healthy versus unhealthy relationship dynamics.
