Friday – Inspiration, Movement & Expression

Morning Sessions:
- Dance & Empowerment with Sybil Stanonis: Former NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader, Performed on Broadway , owner of Dance Time With Sybil, and TEDx speaker. Sybil guides participants through movement and storytelling as tools for healing, self-expression, and reclaiming joy.
- Guided Journaling with Jenna Lomazzo: Reflect and set intentions in a supportive, creative environment.
- Lunch: Enjoy a delicious taco bar and network with fellow participants.
Afternoon Sessions:
- Ecstatic Dance with Bhavani: Engage in free-form, expressive dance to release tension, celebrate your body, and reconnect with joy.
- Keynote Address with Maegan Clark: Navy veteran, former law enforcement officer, and founder of The Ember Collective, Maegan shares her journey From Trauma to
Triumph, empowering participants to transform adversity into purpose and resilience.
Evening: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
- Bonfire Gathering: Reflect, connect, and enjoy making s’mores under the night sky.

The final day centers on healing, creativity, and personal reflection:
- Yoga : Begin the morning grounded in body and mind.
- Enjoy connecting with others over breakfast.
- Art & Healing with Chrissy White: Learn how art supported Chrissy’s recovery from Stage 3 breast cancer and discover your own creative expression.
- Guided Canvas Painting: Create meaningful artwork reflecting your personal journey.
- Closing Meditation: Integrate experiences, reflect, and leave the retreat feeling restored and empowered.
A supportive space to slow down, heal, and reconnect. Build deep relationships while reclaiming your strength through creativity, movement, and shared experience.

Keynote Speaker: Chrissy White
Topic: Art Therapy and Overcoming Stage 3 Breast Cancer
Chrissy White is a proud graduate of the Ringling College of Art and Design. As a breast cancer survivor, Chrissy turned to art therapy as a vital outlet during her battle with Stage 3 breast cancer. Her journey is a powerful testament to the healing power of creativity. Chrissy now shares her story to inspire others to find strength, expression, and hope through the arts.
Keynote Speaker: Sybil Stanonis
Topic: Surviving Through Dance
Sybil Stanonis is a former NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneer Cheerleader, TEDx speaker, and Broadway performer. She is the founder of Dance Time with Sybil, a dance studio where movement meets healing. Having overcome anorexia, opioid addiction, and domestic violence, Sybil uses dance as both a therapeutic and empowering tool. Her story is one of resilience, transformation, and the power of movement to reclaim life.
Keynote Speaker: Maegan Clark
Topic: From Trauma to Triumph: Maegan Clark’s Story of Healing, Empowerment, and Helping Women Rise
Maegan Clark is a Navy veteran, former law enforcement officer, and mom of three who turned personal trauma into a mission to help women heal and rise. As the founder of The Ember Collective and LIT Speaking, she empowers women to rediscover their identity and reignite their confidence after life’s toughest seasons. Her story proves that healing is possible and that momentum isn’t a mystery—it’s a method.
Mindful Meditation & Yoga: Jenna Lomazzo
Jenna will guide intentional journaling to help participants process, release, and reconnect with their inner voice.
Ecstatic Dance: Bhavani
Bhavani will lead a ecstatic dance experience, inviting freedom of movement, grounding, and deep relaxation—moving at your own pace, in your own power.
